There is a new bypass around Starkville off 82 so you will now
have to make sure that you make the exit for Starkville (about 8 miles
from Alt. 45) and it should have signs for Mississippi State and
Starkville and Highway 182 WEST.
Once you make the big loop at the exit ramp you will stay
straight, passing Waffle House on the left and the Highway Patrol.
Keep going straight on 82 for about two miles, and then you will
see the exit for Highway 12 (right after you pass Mississippi State).
You will take a left onto Highway 12 west at the light just under
the overpass.
Follow Highway 12 for about 3-4 miles through the main stretch of
Starkville.
You are now looking for Taco Bell and Pizza Hut on the left.
As you pass these you are heading slightly up a hill to a red
light.
You are taking a left at this light onto Louisville Street (Old
Highway 25 South).
There will be a Wallgreens on the right and Brewskies across to
the left at the light where you are making this left turn onto
Louisville street.
There are also green signs for Starkville high school and
Starkville academy to the left.
Once on Louisville, travel about 1.5 miles, looking for Lynn
Lane (It is the third light).
There is a gas station on the right hand corner and high school
playing fields off to the left.
Take this right turn at the light onto Lynn Lane.
The fields will be about 3 tenths of a mile on the left.
You cant miss it, there will be a brick entrance that says
Starkville Sports Plex.
The pitch is the farthest field from the Sports Plex entrance.
